Church of Our Saviour, Johns Island, will host another SafeGuarding God’s Children workshop on Wednesday, March 27 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Safeguarding God’s Children is an in-depth educational and training program for preventing and responding to child sexual abuse in everyday life and in ministry.

The workshop will be led by Mrs. Polly Sosnowski, a longtime member of St. John’s Church. Polly worked many years as a licensed clinical social worker in South Carolina and is an experienced resource for this training. The information provided will cover the necessary material to fulfill both diocesan canons and local parish guidelines.
