Bishop’s Purse

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

For the past 13 years, Bishop Lawrence has worked tirelessly in his position as our chief pastor. Not only has he ably led our diocese through difficult and trying times, he has continued to keep before us his vision of “Making Biblical Anglicans for a Global Age”. His boundless energy has strengthened us and enabled us to flourish as a diocese.

It is customary to express our profound thanks for his ministry with a special monetary parting gift. As we approach his farewell celebration in February 2022, it becomes timely for us to gather up a special “Bishops Purse” for Bishop Lawrence. We ask that gifts be sent to the Diocesan office to the attention of Nancy Armstrong, or you may give online at www.adosc.org. All checks should be made payable to the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina and earmarked for this special purpose.

It is our intention that this be a true gift to Bishop Lawrence, and not taxable income to him, therefore contributions to this fund are not tax-deductible.
