The Annual Gathering of the Women of The Anglican Diocese of South Carolina will be held on Saturday, April 30 at All Saints’ Church in Florence. The theme for the day is “Shepherd Me, O God,” based on Psalm 23. Our speaker is Sherry Schumann.

About our Speaker:

Sherry Schumann is the president of Christian Grandparenting Network, a charter member of Legacy Coalition, and serves on the Southeast GrandCamp staff. She has written two books, Prayers that Stir the Hearts of Grandparents and The Christmas Bracelet. Sherry’s life in rural South Carolina is simple and beautiful. She has been married to her soul mate for almost four decades. They are blessed with three grown sons, three daughters-in-law and seven adorable grandchildren. Sherry’s heart rejoices whenever her home echoes with the sounds of their grandchildren’s voices. She and her husband, Sammy, are members of St. Paul’s, Summerville.

Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.  with our welcome and housekeeping to begin at 9 a.m.  Our time together will include, worship, teaching, opportunities for small group discussion, lunch and workshops. Our time together will conclude at 3:00 p.m.
