Any employee working 30+ hours per week must be offered health insurance. The ADOSC plan, which is available to all churches, is administrated through Decisely, who helped us select Gravie.
Our medical benefits are through Gravie, a third-party administrator (TPA) that manages self-funded health plans for employers across the U.S. To ensure care wherever we are they partner with Cigna. If your provider accepts Cigna’s PPO network, then you can use your Gravie benefits.
