The Rev. Dr. Roger Revell completed his ministry training at Wycliffe Hall. Shortly after he was ordained in BC, Canada, where he went on to serve as a priest and church-planter, while also supporting the Anglican Studies Chaplaincy at Regent College in Vancouver. In 2017, Roger and his wife moved back to England, where he wrote a PhD in Christian doctrine and ethics, focusing on the theology of sanctification. During this time, Roger served in the chapel at Selwyn College. In 2022, Roger became the Fourth Rector of Christ the King in Pawleys Island. He is enthusiastically committed to the parish's vision of being "a community of Christ followers being transformed by Godto serve our neighbors and the wider world." One of Roger's favorite Bible verses is Galatians 2:20. Roger is married to Cindy (who is a French national). They have two young children, Audrey and Hugo.
