The Rev. Joe Gasbarre joined the staff of St. John's Parish Church on Johns Island as an Associate Rector in July of 2026. Joe comes from Savannah, GA where he has served as assisting clergy at Christ Church Savannah as well as full-time teacher of theology and English literature at Habersham Classical Christian School. A native of Buffalo, NY, Joe has served churches in Savannah, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Joe is married to Alyssa and they have two children, Joey (11) and Charlie (8), and a corgi named Copper.
