Deacon Skip has been married to his wife Ellin for 44 interesting years. They are parents of three amazing kids, Zach, Kati, and Kyle who have blessed them with seven grandchildren. Skip was a member of the deacon class of 2020, a year that provided many challenges along the way. Ellin and Skip were members of Holy Cross for about 15 years and blessed by an incredible church family. They have recently moved and are now serving at Christ the King, Pawleys Island. When away from work as a project manager for a defense contractor, enjoyments include kids and grand kids, woodworking, restoring vintage military jeeps, craft beers, a good cigar, and golf. In spite of having not sent off a rescue beacon, the Lord found me about twenty years ago, lost, and set about restructuring my life to His purpose – still a work in progress. Favorite authors: Nelson Demille and Ken Follett. Prayer for our community: that we will all just learn to trust and let Him lead.
