We give thanks for the Life of the Rev. Rick Belser

We give thanks for the life and ministry of the Rev. Richard “Rick” Irvine Heyward Belser. Rick, who was the beloved rector of St. Michael’s Church, Charleston, for 21 years. Rick died on August 11, 2023, following a battle with Parkinson’s. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 17, 2023 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. His Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 in St. Michael’s Church, 71 Broad Street at 11:30 a.m. Interment in churchyard. A reception will follow burial in the Belser Building. The service may be viewed via live stream here.
