Rich currently lives in North Charleston, but he has ministered in the Charleston area Born the youngest of five children to Grace and Bubba Driggers, raised and educated in North Charleston. Joined the US Navy to see the world, and after Bootcamp and Sub school the Navy stationed me right back here in North Charleston until I was Honorably Discharged. Met my wife Lennis during those Navy years and by the Grace of God we were married 46 years ago. Blessed with two sons and have been enriched as one with my wife in Gods sight. Retired after a long career in Law Enforcement and currently working for the Mayor in the City of North Charleston. Ordained a Vocational Deacon in December 2012, and through Gods authority continue to spread the message “ Do you know you are Loved?” I thank God everyday for the opportunity to serve. Most on earth, I cherish Gods love and forgiveness, my family and extended family in and around North Charleston, and an abiding sense of hope and peace through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
