Join with ADOSC Communicators and church photographers from around the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina for a  hands-on workshop from 10-2 p.m. on October 24\, 2024 at St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Summerville. The event is being hosted by the ADOSC Communications Department with the goal of equipping church communicators and photographers to take compelling photos for use in parish communications. \nQuality photographs which capture the life of a parish–from big events like confirmation to simple interactions during times of fellowship–can transform church communications. Through photography\, communicators can convey real human connection\, sincere moments of worship\, joy\, celebration\, and so much more. \nHear from expert Wade Spees\, a photographer for The Post and Courier for nearly 39 years\, participate in a mini shoot around the campus of St. Paul’s Anglican Church\, share your photos\, discuss editing styles\, and receive feedback. Diocesan Night at the Riverdogs\, June 3 \nJoin Bishop Mark and Allison Lawrence along with others from across the Diocese of South Carolina for a night of fun Sunday\, June 3 when the Charleston Riverdogs face Delmarva. The game starts at 5:05 p.m. We’ve reserved a block of tickets – all together. Bring friends and neighbors. This is a great opportunity to connect with others throughout the Diocese. To help show we’re a group we’re asking people to wear Red!  \nTickets are $7 per person (plus $1.50 handling fee) and you can add an optional meal deal (hot dog\, chips and drink) for an additional $7.
