The theme is Faith in the Home | Beacon of the Light. John W. Yates\, author of “How A Man Prays for His Family” will be our speaker for the weekend. DESCRIPTION:The 10th annual “Behold the Man” pilgrimage will take place October 23-November 5\, 2021. This experience of a lifetime leads men on a journey to reclaim biblical manhood by walking in the footsteps of Jesus. The foundation of this 13-day men’s pilgrimage includes two essentials: the theological and biblical narratives of Israel\, and the sacred Holy sites of Jesus’ earthly life. DESCRIPTION:John Yates\, Sr. to Speak on “Faith in the Home”\nMen\, save the date October 9\, 2021 for the upcoming Men’s Summit featuring John Yates\, Sr\, pastor and author\, who will speak on “Faith in the Home”. John Yates\, Sr. has written several books including “How a Man Prays for His Family” and “Raising Kids with Values that Last”. \nThe Summit will be simulcast to the churches throughout the Diocese to enable men in our local churches to join together for this program. Men may be able to attend the Virtual Men’s Summit by either contacting their local Parish or online through a link to be provided for the event. Attendance questions can be directed to Russ Gantt (grgantt@gmail.com) or Les Sease (lsease@colorsandpapers.com).” \nCheck with your local parish about hosting an in person meeting\, or use the links provided below to connect remotely on the day of the event. \nJohn Yates\, Sr. will provide two talks focused on Faith in the Home and he will set the stage as our 2022 Christian Men’s Conference speaker. This will also be a time of prayer for families\, praise worship\, testimonies\, and small group discussion. Summit time is from 8:30 am to 12 noon Saturday\, October 9.
